Fundada em 1955 por um grupo de agricultores, vem modernizando seu parque produtivo continuamente e hoje possui 4 Vinícolas em Aldeanueva que produzem juntas aproximadamente 13 milhões de litros de vinhos ao ano.

Localizada a apenas 59km de Logroño, Capital da Província de La Rioja, possui a DOC Rioja, famosa na produção de vinhos tintos majoritariamente.

Seu estoque de barricas impressiona, são aproximadamente 15000, a maioria americana, usada para os vinhos de “guarda”.

A Linha Azabache é composta por vinhos jovens até vinhos Reserva. Importamos vinhos de todas as linhas para atender à todos, desde o iniciante até o mais exigente enófilo.

Descrição do Produto

Variedade: 100% Tempranillo

Origem: Rioja – Espanha

Geografia e Clima: Com relevos de diferentes altitudes, os vinhedos possuem grande insolação e boa amplitude térmica, desde o Rio Ebro até as ladeiras do Monte Yerga. O solo é composto por argila e calcário bastante pedregoso. Possui baixa pluviometria.

Vinhedos e Vinificação: A condução das parreiras é em espaldeira e a colheita foi feita na segunda quinzena de setembro de 2013 quando a uva alcançou seu ponto ótimo de maturação. A fermentação ocorreu em tanques de aço inoxidável com temperatura controlada.

Envelhecimento em carvalho: Sem estágio em barricas de carvalho.

Cor e notas de degustação: Coloração vermelho púrpura, com bom potencial aromático ( amora, framboesa e mirtilo). Na boca apresenta boa concentração e estrutura com uma boa carga de frutas vermelhas. Vinho de volume, inunda a boca com uma sensação muito agradável. Redondo e muito saboroso, com perfeito equilíbrio entre álcool, acidez e estrutura.

Acompanhamentos: Queijos diversos bem como carnes vermelhas grelhadas e/ou assadas.
